Return Policy
All items purchased from AFC may be returned within 30 days for any reason for a full and unconditional refund or exchange from the date the order was placed as long as our Customer Service Team has issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We do not accept returns after the 30 day return window. We also do not accept returns of used products. All returns must be in new and resellable condition. Customer Will be responsible to ship the product back to AFC for Refund. There will be a 15% Restocking fee for all returned filters.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received by 5:00 P.M. (EST) will be shipped out the next business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped out the following business day excluding all Federal Holidays or unless stated on website home page.
CANADA SHIPMENTS
All Canada orders are shipped the next business day. Transit time varies between 5-10 Days. (Most items that weigh less than 3lbs will be shipped USPS and items heavier than that will be shipped UPS. UPS orders transit times are between 4-5 Business Days. USPS transit times are between 5-10 Business Days (Customs delays are not included in transit times) You may also be charged Canadian import duty / Broker fee or other fees. These charges vary and are not within our control. Please check with your Canadian customs agent or broker for details.
